Had a great stay with friends. The spacious rooms were newly renovated and comfortable, which made hanging out enjoyable. We loved the location’s proximity to local attractions. The breakfast offered a solid variety of options which fueled our adventures. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

If you're a foodie, you can't miss trying out Cambodian Noodle King Inc, just a stone's throw away. I also loved that the area had lots of dining options, making it super easy to find something delicious after a long day. The room was newly renovated and absolutely stunning!

Now, let's talk parking! You park out front but have to drag your luggage to the back entrance, which is a bit of a trek, especially for seniors. Plus, with breakfast options vanishing due to renovations, it felt like a missed opportunity. A renovation discount would have been a nice touch despite everything still shining.

The hotel renovation left me dealing with a tiny temporary front desk covered in plaster and dust!!! Also, the lack of basic information in the room and easily slipping in the shower really detracted from the stay!!! I suggest improving these aspects!!!

The new rooms are modern and uncluttered with a lot of desk space which I found helpful for my work. The large walk-in shower with a rain shower head was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day!

The ice machines and the overall ambiance come off as quite basic, and it felt more like staying at an unfinished project than a hotel.

I loved that the hotel was just a 15-minute stroll to Newmarket's Riverwalk Commons and close to Fairy Lake Park, which made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. the room was also very clean and comfortable, making for a nice stay overall.

The check-in process was friendly, and Velena, in particular, provided excellent service when we encountered an issue with the room. The breakfast offerings were above average compared to typical hotel fare, making for a pleasant morning experience. The complimentary breakfast items exceeded expectations, adding value to the overall stay.

This place was a solid match for my short stay in Newmarket and good value for my money. The staff quickly brought me extra towels after realizing I had only a couple in my room, which was helpful. Make sure to check the heating system as I had some trouble getting it to warm up.
